1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of ILovePTE (ilovepte.in), an online platform for PTE Core preparation. "We", "us" and "our" mean ILovePTE, based at Omaxe City, Sector 15, Bahadurgarh Haryana - 124507. "You" means anyone who visits the site, creates an account or buys a plan.
By creating an account or making a payment you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our cancellation & refund policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Independent platform
ILovePTE is an independent practice platform. PTE and PTE Core are trademarks of Pearson. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Pearson, IRCC or any government body. We do not book official tests or issue official scores.
3. Your account
- You must give accurate details when you register, including a working email address and mobile number.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.
- Each account is for one person. Sharing login details, or letting others take tests on your account, is not allowed and may lead to suspension.
- If you are under 18, you may use the platform only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
4. Plans and payment
- Plans are sold as a one-time payment. They do not renew automatically, and we will never charge you again without your action.
- Each plan includes the number of mock tests and practice tests, and the validity period, shown on the plan at the time of purchase.
- Validity starts on the date your payment is confirmed. Unused tests expire at the end of the validity period and are not carried forward.
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) for Indian customers and in US dollars (USD) for customers outside India, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay or PayPal. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- We may change plan prices or contents at any time. Changes do not affect plans you have already bought.
5. AI scoring and results
Scores and feedback on ILovePTE are produced automatically by our scoring system and AI models. They are designed to estimate your level and help you improve, but they are practice estimates only. They are not official PTE scores and do not guarantee any result in the real exam, any CLB level or any immigration outcome.
6. Acceptable use
When using the platform you agree not to:
- copy, record, download, resell or publish our questions, mock tests, audio or other content;
- use bots, scripts or scraping tools, or try to access parts of the system you are not authorised to use;
- interfere with the security or performance of the site;
- upload anything unlawful, offensive or that infringes someone else's rights.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without a refund.
7. Our content
All questions, tests, audio, text, designs, software and the ILovePTE name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use this content for your own preparation while your plan is valid.
8. Your recordings and answers
You keep ownership of the answers and voice recordings you submit. You allow us to store and process them to score your work, show your progress and improve our service, as described in our privacy policy.
9. Institute accounts
If your account was created by a coaching institute, the institute may be able to see your test attempts, scores and progress. Plan purchases made through an institute are governed by your arrangement with that institute.
10. Availability
We work to keep the platform available at all times, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may pause the service for maintenance or updates. Your browser, device, microphone and internet connection must meet the requirements for the tests to work properly.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ILovePTE is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, including exam results, visa or immigration decisions, or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you continue to use the platform after a change, you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bahadurgarh, Haryana.
